You pick the dive

Since we leave out of Hillsboro Inlet, we can head north or south to some of the best wreck and reef diving in South Florida. No fixed destination: divers decide each day.

Wrecks & reefs

Shallow wrecks from about 70 feet, deeper ones from 110 to 130 feet, or a relaxing drift along the reef line. Our favorite dive sites

Lobster diving

We drop you where the lobsters are thickest (yep, we have inside information), and a guide can teach you. Lobster diving

Spearfishing

Hogfish, snapper, grouper and tasty lionfish, all year round thanks to the Gulf Stream. Spearfishing

Private charters

We go out with 3 divers or $300 total. With just 2 divers it's $300: a mini-private charter. If someone else books the same trip, the price drops back to the per-diver price.

The boat

Less formal, more fun

Captain Conrad Nix & Captain Jeanna

The Miss Conduct is a 30' custom dive vessel with plenty of room for your gear, a large cooler, an overhead canopy for shade and open deck for the sun worshippers. She carries first aid and emergency oxygen, cold bottled water, limited snacks and spare weights.

There's a boarding ladder, but no head and no shower: you're here to dive. Drift the reef, let the gentle South Florida current carry you along, and wherever you come up, the Miss Conduct picks you up.

Good to know

Before you board

On every dive

  • Dive flags are required and provided.
  • Reels are on board, or bring your favorite.
  • Bottom times, surface intervals and your computer or tables are each diver's responsibility.
  • All divers must be qualified for the dives; 3-tank trips are Nitrox only.
  • Solo divers need a redundant air source and enough gas for the dives.

Please don't

  • No planned decompression dives, rebreathers or tech diving.
  • No peanut products or bananas on board (one captain is allergic, the other superstitious).
  • No surface support is provided.

Cancellations

Cancel at least 48 hours before departure. Cancelling for weather is at the Captain's discretion, not the customer's.

Arrive 15–30 minutes early to unload your gear, park and be ready to board.
